Vacancies on The Board of Directors

Secretary	The secretary records and circulates minutes of all meetings of the Society and the Board and is one of the four designated officers of the Society.
Human Resources Director	The HRD is responsible for providing assistance to committee chairpersons regarding human resources in the areas of volunteers and staff. For a more complete position description click here.

Vacancies on The Loppet Committee

Volunteer Coordinator.The Volunteer Coordinator will work with the Birkie Admin staff to contact people who have expressed interest in being volunteers and assign them to available suitable positions. The VC will be responsible for leading a crew in putting together 600 volunteer recognition packages for distribution by area chiefs, and will assist in organizing the volunteer orientation session and appreciation party, as well as the Birkie day volunteer registration table. Volunteer work will take place at our Edmonton-based office and at Cooking Lake-Blackfoot Recreation Area during the festival weekend. Contact 780-430-7153 or ski@canadianbirkie.com.
