 What’s the route of the 31 km Journal Tour?
A point to point course from the Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Village along the east edge of Elk Island National Park and through the scenic Cooking Lake-Blackfoot Provincial Recreation Area.

The finish line for all races is at Waskehegan Staging Area, located just east of Sherwood Park.

 How do I get back to my vehicle after I finish the 31 km Journal Tour?
A free shuttle bus service for finishers runs from the finish line (in the Stadium) back to vehicles at the Long Start Area at the Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Village. Runs continuously all day until 5 pm.

There is no parking directly at Waskehegan Staging Area. Spectators for finish of events must park at the Uncas Parking Lot, and take free shuttle buses to and from finish line
